At Pro Tray we are always aware of others needs and became involve in the design and manufacturing of
Wet Strength Geo Chemical Envelope and Geo Packing and Shipping Boxes in 2013.

Pro Tray offers several different product lines to meet your sampling needs.
Our geological envelopes and sample bags are proudly made in South Africa.

 

We offer several standard sizes but can customize to your specifications

    • GEOCHEMICAL SAMPLE ENVELOPE/BAGS
    • The Pro Tray Geo Chemical Envelopes is of the highest quality and is made on 115gms high quality wet strength BAYWHITE KRAFT paper.
    • Advantages of using the high quality wet strength BAYWHITE KRAFT paper is moisture can evaporate but the paper will remain intact.
    • The adhesive we use to manufacture our Geo Chemical Packets is insoluble and safe to use for moist soil samples and the glue will not dissolve when wet.
    • The adhesive is heat safe and it is safe to use the envelope in high heat or ovens and can safely be “baked” in a oven at high temperatures of over 220 degrees for hours.
    • The envelopes is manufactured with a self-seal wire to ensure your sample is kept safe.
    • We have the different sizes as stock items including Flat Bottom Gusset.
    • We do manufacture special sizes to suite your requirements.
    • Envelopes are packed 500 in a box

  • The Geo Out Box heavy duty shipping box is ideal for shipping samples.
